If you call, they have a real person answer the phone and talk to you! They work well and easily with the VA. The wait once I arrived took about 20 minutes and I was here about an hour. Had the same procedure elsewhere in the past and it was painful and grueling. Zero pain here, the doc explained everything and ensured I was comfortable.
